Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, undamaged condition. Items must be unworn and returned in the original packaging.

Natural variation — not a defect

Natural crystals vary in color, texture, size, inclusions, and surface characteristics. These are properties of the material, not manufacturing defects. Returns based solely on natural variation are not accepted.

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

How to start a return

1. Email us with your order number and reason for return
2. We will provide a return address
3. Ship the item back with a trackable method (at your cost, unless the item was defective)
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 5 business days

Refund method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time varies by bank (typically 3–10 business days after we initiate it).

Non-returnable items

• Gift sets that have been opened
• Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
• Items showing signs of wear, damage caused by the customer, or missing packaging
