Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays).

Delivery estimates

• Standard (USPS First Class / Ground Advantage): 5–8 business days
• Priority Mail: 2–4 business days (coming soon)

Delivery estimates begin after the order has shipped, not when it was placed.

Shipping rates

• Free standard shipping on orders $50 and over
• Flat $5.99 standard shipping on orders under $50

Coverage area

We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not yet available.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after the label is created.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package has not arrived within 15 business days of the shipping date, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, reship or refund at no charge.

Packaging

All items are packed with protective materials appropriate for fragile goods. Each order includes a crystal care card.
